This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Domestic is what i am currently working, so am up to date with everything you may need in your home. Like DB changes, additional sockets, changing light fittings etc. I can Carry out full periodic testing and certify as I have my inspection & testing qualifications. No job to small.... so just ask!

I have been involved in the electrical mechanical and general building trades for over 35 years. I have not over the years taken pictures of (wires sorry a bit boring...) my electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work as this is not something you really think of when sorting out leaks or fault finding electrical issues etc. I have recently joined this web site and have found some conversion work pictures for a garage conversion. General building, slate patio, blockwork, window installation, patio door installation, wiring for electronic smart shower, plumbing, Velux window installation, tiling, carport, etc Also some recent garden fence replacement work... I started out after leaving college with electrical installation and appliance repair, auto electrical work, alarm fitting, mainly fault finding and rectification with a strong sense of where problems are possible and the personality of being able to sort most issues out quickly and with the least time and disruption for all parties involved.
