He was punctual every day, worked cleanly and efficiently, and even hoovered up at the end of each day and left everything spotless. He even wore shoe covers in our house. Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.
