Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.

From initial no pressure quote which was the most reasonable by far out of all the quotations received, to the tradesmen who were extremely polite, tidy and completed all the work in a professional manner and on time and finally to the followup aftercare service provided by the foreman to make sure all was well and leak free (which we were and still are) and even arranged to fit and replace a few loose and broken tiles outside of the original agreed job. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
