Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Paid £310 to have top of bedroom bay window re-felted as small amount of rain water was seaping through. This company recommended fibre glass paint and guaranteed the work done. After 3 months the rain water is still coming through the front part of bay window roof. When I contacted again I'm told it would cost an additional £80 material costs plus £40 each for 2 people to repair what they should have repaired in the first instance. Don't like to leave negative comments but feel done over :(
