What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. We are a specialist roofing family run business, we provide a range of services which include: new slate and tile roofs, soffit and fascias, guttering, chimney pointing and repairs, lead work replacement or repair, pointing and bedding ridge tiles.
Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
