Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Very pleased with the work done, entire large garage roof replaced, Jordan and the team were very professional and hard working, got the job done sooner than expected as they worked longer days to get it done for us.
