Repaired my leak in a flat roof over a bay window.. Couldn't get him to stop for a break. Excellent work and I am pleased with the finished job. Also got him to re-bed and re-point my ridge tiles and replace chimney flashing with lead. He hardly stopped all day and never had a proper break. Again another excellent job. He takes great pride in his work!

The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

J&m roofing ltd did a fantastic job on my roof. There was no messing around and no stress. They were very helpfull and very reliable , started the job when they said they were going to start and completed the job on time to my satisfaction. The whole team was well mannered and polite.I was kept well informed on the daily progress of the project. A very reliable, hardworking, clean and tidy couple of young men ( very hard to find today). Nothing too much trouble for them and very eager to please. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Although our wall seemed only a smallish job (front garden wall) the work carried out was first class.
