Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem
