James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed
