We had a fast response from Weatherwise. The problem turned out to be more serious than we'd thought, and Weatherwise were able to carry out extensive roof repairs immediately. Subsequently, after heavy rain, we had a problem with one of the new gutters and reported this to Weatherwise who were very quick to come and put things right. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again
