Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed
