We are a small building company, working in London and the surrounding areas for over 35 years. We are a friendly, personable company skilled in all aspects of the building trade. We carry out all work to a high standard.
I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Edward is a really nice and polite gentleman. He did a very good job within a couple of days of quoting, and communication was excellent when he got delayed on the previous job. He gave me a clear description of the work and tidied all the old cement etc at the end. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend him.

Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!

We advertised the job on a Tuesday, Jason was the first person to contact us. We got 2 other quotes and Jason's quote was in-line with the others. The scaffolding was put up on Friday afternoon and Jason said we could keep it for as long as we needed. Once we were done, we called him on Monday and he collected it on Saturday afternoon. Very easy, good quality, good communication, very nice guys! They even touched up the paint where the scaffolding was in the way and we couldn't reach. Thank you! - Lena&Will

Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse
