I am Raymond, self employed painter & decorator. I am working with this trade for about 10 years. I was working at so many projects, like hotels, offices, leisure centres and private homes. And I know my work from preparing until smooth finish. I am keen and hard working. Besides that trade I am working as multi trader. Doing tiling, carpentry and basic plumbing. As well all odd jobs too.I like to work in the different places and to do different jobs. There no job too small or too big. I am friendly, helpful family man. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

We advertised the job on a Tuesday, Jason was the first person to contact us. We got 2 other quotes and Jason's quote was in-line with the others. The scaffolding was put up on Friday afternoon and Jason said we could keep it for as long as we needed. Once we were done, we called him on Monday and he collected it on Saturday afternoon. Very easy, good quality, good communication, very nice guys! They even touched up the paint where the scaffolding was in the way and we couldn't reach. Thank you! - Lena&Will

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse
