Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Started promptly but the job, expected to take just over a week, dragged on for over 6 weeks with repeated delays and requests for additional interim payments. Communication became poor and the work was left incomplete. I eventually had to hire another contractor to finish it, costing me an extra £1,450. Despite acknowledging the situation and promising to reimburse the additional cost, no payment has been made.
