Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job.
