Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Richard is capable of installing windows but we’ve had a bad general experience with him starting with leaving the work unfinished initially and is now ignoring us to avoid having to rectify the issues he’s left us with. We now have a door which scrapes and sticks to the frame whenever it Is opened or shut. I wouldn’t recommend using Premier Home Improvements.

Communication during the quote phase was patchy, but the price was reasonable and after awarding the job Luke fitted in with our availability, was punctual and courteous and the workmanship was of a good standard.
