The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
