Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Very considerate, excellent workmanship, willing to offer sage advice. Other trades people engaged by Pete also very polite and highly competent. The job did run over the expected duration however Pete kept us informed as he progressed. Using Pete for the next job on the house is a no-brainer.

COMPANY HISTORY Constructive Choice Ltd was incorporated in the end of 2016 by two working joiners. Since that time a lot of things changed but our goals remained the same. We want to get best feedback from our customers and get more leads from there. We are working directly with a manufacturers and we help You to source windows to get some installation work. We dont add any profit on the windows and just charge for the fitting and certification. We are FENSA Registered and we do want to get more leads through word of mouth which means customer service and work quality is our priority. We will install your windows/doors in 2-3 weeks from the order date.
