Mon Roofing and Building Contractors have been going for near enough 20years. i started up as a roofing and building only buisnes but over the years grew to contracting projects ie extensions , annexes, new builds ext. i have an impressive portfolio and have not used the rated people platform since 2014 . but due to not going for the larger project have now come back on here to look for smaller contracts.
Arwel stood out from the other contractors who applied to do the job because he visited before quoting and made some additional recommendations. He replaced guttering, some loose root tiles and also recommended that we use some protective edging that he also installed. Roof looks great.

I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.
