A friendly man named Darren visited and completed the job . Although the price was reduced from his original quote, for what the job was I still think it was a little overpriced. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Darren was great, he fixed all the mistakes I had made attempting to put together my sideboard and was efficient. The sideboard was quite tricky but Darren was able to put it together in just over 2 hours, and was knowledgable and happy to help. Would 100% use again.
