Sorry for the late rating but I had to wait a sufficient time to check if the roof was no longer leaking. Courteous upon applying to view the job, James kept me updated when he was delayed on a job, prior to viewing the job. Asked open questions about the project, gave me an option to reseal or coat the roof with PF500 liquid rubber for 45% of the charge we'd been quoted by two other companies, to take felt off and redo the entire roof which is probably 30 months old. 10 year guarantee too. John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.
