Reece did a great job replacing an old flat roof on our house. When he came out to quote he explained everything that he thought should be done and took pictures/videos for us so that we could understand the issue. The Bread and Butter As we say Up North ‘You don’t get owt for nowt’. In other words, you don’t get anything back if you don’t put anything in. At least that’s what we like to think. You pay month in month out, but then, if you need to make a claim the insurance companies make it into such a faff that you end up walking away with a scrap of what you deserve, or sometimes not even bothering. So, really you may as well have paid nowt in the first place. We see loads of these cases, where insurance companies bewilder their customers with jargon and loopholes to put them off claiming, and quite frankly it’s not on. This is where we come in. If you need to make a claim, we cut out the nonsense.
