I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Never ever ever would I recommend l. Initial meeting, very nice. Promised a lovely job. End result, disappointed. Left rubbish, and even, threw wood with nails, some shrubs, over the wall into my neighbours yard. £1600 ??. I was conned, and very stupid. Gates are squint, not fitted correctly. Robbie did a fantastic job to prepare my roof for winter. He inspected and cleaned gutters, fixed broken and missing tiles and also removed dangerously wobbly chimney pot from unused chimney. He also secured all remaining chimney pots to prevent birds getting in. All for a great price! He always showed up on time and left the place tidy. Communication with Robbie was easy over chat, phone and WhatsApp. I’ll definitely contact Robbie again when my roof needs another inspection and maintenance.
