I was very impressed with Billy and his colleagues. They were professional, friendly, polite, helpful and reliable. Billy talked me through the problems he found with my roof and gave me several options and prices. We agreed the work and the dates to start and despite the terrible 'Best from the East' weather he managed to complete the job in a good time. I was impressed at the quality of work (very neat) and the tidying up afterwards. Thank you Billy & friends for an excellent job well done!

Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. Ken was very accommodating and did an excellent job in clearing all the brambles and trying to return our garden to its former glory at our buy to let. He also fixed a soil pipe issue and removed furniture left over by an ex tenant. He turned all this around in a day and rescheduled work to accommodate us. I would highly recommend him. Trust worthy and reliable.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
