Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. This company agreed to do the job I advertised but cancelled on the day they were supposed to start and a new day was arranged (today) nobody has shown up and they are not answering their phone. If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.
