From initial no pressure quote which was the most reasonable by far out of all the quotations received, to the tradesmen who were extremely polite, tidy and completed all the work in a professional manner and on time and finally to the followup aftercare service provided by the foreman to make sure all was well and leak free (which we were and still are) and even arranged to fit and replace a few loose and broken tiles outside of the original agreed job. This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.
