We are a property maintenance company, based in Sevenoaks, Orpington and Biggin Hill, Kent, and servicing the surrounding areas We undertake all home improvements work, including renovations and decorating, and drainage. We also do all general handyman work, from hanging doors, replacing taps, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, security lights, and TV's, and even changing your toilet! Additionally, we offer outdoor services, such as glazing, roof repairs, guttering, driveways, fencing, down-pipe restoration, garden maintenance, tree removal, pond building, custom shed design and build, and anything else that you need to create your outdoor oasis.
Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

I'm fairly new to the industry, so I'm not yet jaded. I still find my work interesting! I like to make tomorrow better than today, and my work helps me achieve this in some small (or large) way to my clients. I'm looking for jobs on the small side of things, as I like to start and finish a job on the same day where possible! I have experience in: Changing light fittings, Adding new fittings to new positions and running wires to the new position, Adding external lights and security lights, Pendant lights and downlighters, Moving switches, Adding switches to control lights from another point, Replacing on-the-wall sockets to flush fittings with the box inside the wall - both brick walls and plasterboard walls, Upgrading single sockets to double sockets, Moving and adding sockets, Adding outside sockets, Replacing extractor fans, Connecting cookers and hobs, And probably a few other things that I've forgotten! My qualifications include a diploma in electrical installations, along with the calculations required to ensure the installation is electrically safe, using the correct size wires for the size and load of the circuit. I have Part P, the part of the building regulations for electrical work, as it affects the structure of the building. This is to ensure wires are run through the best places to ensure that they don't affect the integrity of your building. I also have a level 2 Inspection and Testing certification, to ensure that the electrical work I've done is wired up correctly, and safe given the size of the wires and the circuit breaker in the consumer unit (also known as the fuse board).
