Absolutely appalling service. The contractor was unreliable, rude, and failed to turn up as agreed. I paid ÂŁ1,300, only to discover that the work was dangerous and substandard. I ultimately had to pay another professional to start the job again from scratch. In my experience, this was a complete waste of money and I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service. 0/5

I booked the gardener to come, didn't turn up, didn't answer phone, didn't respond to messages, terrible service, avoid! Update: eventually responded to my calls and messages an hour after he was supposed to be on the job. He said he had an emergency and would let me know an alternative date. That was three days ago. I get that people have emergencies, but I shouldn't have to chase for communications when Ive booked a service and been stood up. Not professional at all.

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
