After being let down by another plumber, I posted the job on Rated People and Handel called within 5 minutes. He agreed to come and look at the job at 9am the next day, and arrived right on time. Even though the job wasn't as straightforward as it had first appeared, he sourced another part and returned promptly to finish the job. The price was as he first quoted.
