Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
