Michael quoted and agreed to do the job. He then cancelled at the last minute on 3 separate occasions with different excuses. He finally stopped responding to messages and I had to find someone else to do the work. Project delayed by 3months. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Silvio was very quick to respond, came to see the job and offered a price soon after which I accepted. Turned up on time and with his colleague proceeded with the work, as it was a bathroom refurb they checked positions with me as they went along which was good. The work was completed well and they left everything very clean. They returned the next day to re-fit a kitchen extractor for me, it was a demanding job they found a way to make it work and again left everything clean and tidy. Fully recommended

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
i will give josh 1 star he has not got a clue about fitting bathroom up grade the work is shoddy he missed 4 appointments without even letting me know his excuse he was busy do not hire for bathroom services..
