AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

My excellent reputation for high quality of workmanship and reliability is testament to more than 25 years industry experience that covers all sectors. I work throughout the Uk on high end projects. I have worked on a unique creation for the Louis Vuitton private museum, La Galleries in Asnieres-Sur-Seine. I created a unique piece for their prestigious display within the museum and that is where it is located to this day. I drew inspiration from the original Damiere Signature and sourced beautiful Oak and Walnut with which he was able to produce this stunning design. I have carried out projects for the Channel 4 Series, Sarah Beenie’s Restoration Nightmare where I installed, repaired, and restored various wooden floors throughout the incredible Rise Hall property in Yorkshire. I went on to work with Sarah again on another Channel 4 programme called Double Your House for Half the Money: Series 3, Episode 4. Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
