Myles was everything I wanted (and needed) from a technical guy. I had a new tv/soundbar system that I had hooked up to my blueray+sky box. All was installed - but just not working quite right. Nothing serious, just lots of niggly issues that were detracting from a brilliant system. Not only did he solve all the niggles, but got my remote controls down from 5 to just one. Sheer bliss. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)

Steve gave me an estimate over the phone, which he confirmed when he visited. He set to work on all of the electrical fittings I needed installing, doing an excellent job, then asked if I needed anything else doing and fixed something else that hadn't worked for years! He tidied up afterwards and was very polite and professional. His rate was also very reasonable and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
Overall we were very impressed with Cedric, Rafael and their team. Rafael was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the refurbishment from electrics to plumbing etc and we were able to rely on his expertise and advice.
I've been working in the building trade for 28 years as a carpenter & joiner but also experienced in most trades and also been project managing complete re-build of properties for various company's over the years including lofts extension to wet room and bathrooms to fitted bespoke kitchens.
The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises.
