Behrooz was hired to install underfloor insulation for soundproofing and engineered wood flooring in our flat. He was always on time and let us know when his working days and hours in advance. During the process, additional works arose as it's a Victorian house, which Behrooz explained in detail. We proceeded after discussion. We were on a tight deadline, but Behrooz and the team made it happen, even willing to work later hours, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
