Jay came out next day and gave me two quotes, one for repairs and one to replace the felt roof in two layers and new flashing. Very good workmanship and polite. Job very neat and for the quoted price, I went for replacement. I would highly recommend JDA Roofing.

Brilliant service, Leroy came on time, on the arranged day and in cold weather. He got on with the tree job, bringing all the right equipment and no messing around. When he had finished the job looked well presented and he had cleared up really well. Leroy is very polite, friendly and a good worker at a reasonable price. Ryan was punctual at all times. His communication skills are excellent. Ryan and the team worked efficiently and effectively. The finish on the job was good. I believe that he diagnosed correctly the problem with the roof. I can’t confirm yet whether the leak has been resolved. I’ll have to wait until it rains!

I have worked in the construction trade for over 10 years and I have recently moved into removals. This is because I have a property firm where removals are of great importance. IKEA furniture construction services are £19.25 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50. Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Handyman services £20.00 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £205 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £180.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £200.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour.
