Ian made quick contact and called to look at the job the same day. I found him to be pleasant, polite and above all knowledgeable. I was happy with his quote and he turned up when he said he would and spent two full days doing a fantastic job. I would recommend him without hesitation. Initially he was ok but quality of work meant I had to keep asking him to come back to fix the work. Difficult to get him back even though work guaranteed for 12 months.
