He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Thouroughly happy with the work completed by Darren. Turn up when expected, questioned the designs that I had which showed that he had an interest in doing the job right. Completed some extra works with no complaints (removal of vegetation that I was supposed to do!). And most importantly, a perfect end product which now puts the rest of the house to shame.
