It was good that Josh came out to check exactly what I wanted and that it was possible, I then received a written quote which was competitive. The work was carried out next day and done to a really high standard. The guys turned up on time, they were polite and just got on quietly with the job, cleaned up after themselves and took away the packaging etc. communication was excellent throughout.

I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
