The restyling of the garden was discussed and planned. Garden slabbing front and back and back fence of a good standard. Front wall was built and then waited several months for railings which then had to get someone else to do; at much greater cost as front wall was found to be very poorly built, and dangerous as fell down with very little pressure applied. No response to email or message regarding this. Disappointing as feel was more than accommodating when garden work being done

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.
