After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

Robert had to deal with a very neglected garden, he listened to what i wanted to achieve and advised on how to improve the condition of the soil, as my garden is mostly clay based his advice was very welcome, in the 2 hours he spent doing a first tidy and cutting down of old shrubs the transformation was stunning, we have agreed on further work in 2 weeks time , when compost and plants/shrubs will be added to the garden, his pricing is very reasonable, Rob is very polite and cleans up after work
