James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.

Mark was pleasant to deal with, honest, reliable and quoted a fair price. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.
