Sean took out a window and an air brick, filled them in with brick and repointed for us. He completed the job efficiently at a reasonable cost. Was great that he was able to start the job quickly. We had no issues.

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. A very professional job. The job was very good value and the standard of work was very good. I felt that the effort Gordon put into understanding my vision was brilliant, the patio far exceeded my expectations and helped me achieve my vision without making any compromises. The other odds and ends (removing a rockery, replacing a wall ) were also completed really well. A brilliant job I am already planning my next phase a drive or water feature !! I would definately recommend using his company.

Julian and his team were the best building experience we have ever had ---without doubt. Julian is incredibly friendly and helpful working with us closely throughout the build to check we were kept in the picture, happy satisfied and on budget. Job was to re-point my property, the bin area and the concrete slabs in the garden = Job was done to a high quality and I am extremely pleased with the results. John is a very hard working, polite and trusting worker and nothing was too much trouble for him. And I would definitely recommend him to others.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

We could not be happier with our new wall - it has totally transformed the look of our garden, and made it much safer and more secure. Sam and Luke were excellent from start to finish: arriving promptly on the days arranged, working tidily and efficiently, as well as being very patient and clear when answering all our queries.
