Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). It was completed as arranged to a good quality and I appreciated the efforts to tidy up during and after the work as well. This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
