Miroslaw is an exceptionally good builder. He installed a team in my house within about a week, they worked incredibly hard (and cleaned up nightly) and delivered top-notch work. He's totally reasonable about the quote, we added a few things on as we went with a quick agreement about the price change - none of the headaches that you normally have with builders. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.
