I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. Afterwards I have done my own jobs and have now recently created my own company B.J.T Construction, named after my 3 young boys a business that shows we are built upon family, integrity, quality and professional standards. Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.
