BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done.
