I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. I used 'Rated People' for the first time for a replacement fence job on Sat 24th March 2019. . Kris was very good in responding quickly to my request. He is very reliable visited the property very quickly to provide a quote and started the work on time. I would recommend his services and would definitely use his company again to carry out future jobs.

I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

Remus and Ionut were outstanding! In under two weeks, they refurbished two bathrooms, fitted a kitchen island, built wardrobes, installed appliances, painted, and more, always with a smile and no excuses. Even when I added extra tasks, they simply said, “No problem” and got it done. True professionals with an incredible work ethic. Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.

Capped 4 chimney pots for me. Although the job was fairly straight forward, David got the job done quickly, and with care. Happy to call upon his services again
