We asked Valon to lay porcelain slabs along the border of our garden. He responded to our request quickly and popped around beforehand to view the garden. His quote was less than anyone else’s and despite allowing one day to complete the work, it took 1.5 days and he didn’t charge us any more. His workmanship was of a high quality and we would highly recommend him. He also undertakes building work as well as gardens so he will definitely be out go to person in future

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. Things with our extension started off well & both brothers could not do enough for us. They helped with the cost of bifold instead of french doors. However, when we were unhappy with a lack of workers they became very obstructive. They use good contractors but do not pay them & they refuse to turn up! A 15 week job took 45 weeks. We have had two leaks from the roof & we are still waiting for the 2nd to be fixed, with no reply as yet!
