First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Reasonable price as well. Absolutely delighted with the result. Also followed up the work with a courtesy call to check all was well. I would recommend them to anyone

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.
