I was advised by a number of roofers that the flashing needed to be replaced with proper dividers and Richard gave me the most competitive price to include all scaffolding, pointing the back chimney and replacing any worn tiles. They advised me that the bottom two rows of roof felting needed replacing and Richard gave me a very competitive price to include this.
